How do I get my estimate?
The process is simple and quick. Four steps are all it takes to receive your documented estimate.

We will tell you what documents are needed — HD photos, diagnostics, EPC, characteristics — and guide you in sending them to us.
We will assess the completeness of your file, confirm your order, and issue the invoice. Payment by bank transfer.
You receive your valuation report — a reasoned price range, competitive analysis and concrete recommendations.
Price
The property valuation costs €199 including VAT, payable by bank transfer before the valuation is carried out. No fee is due if your file does not allow for a quality analysis. If you publish your property on Propriétés De Charme within 30 days of receiving your valuation, you will receive a discount on the publication fee.
