Here's what really happens.
The agency enters your property description into its real estate software: the text, photos, number of rooms, and bedrooms. Then, with a single click, it uploads the listing to all the portals it works with. If you have signed multiple non-exclusive mandates, each agency does the same on its end.
The result: your listing has been entered once—and it's being published identically, word for word, photo for photo, on dozens of portals. And everyone agrees: Google has a terrible aversion to duplication. You confirm your order by email—no contract to sign. The portal will send you your invoice along with the bank details. Payment by bank transfer only: production starts as soon as we receive it.
Writing, optimization, layout, photos uploaded — your ad is usually online within 24 to 72 hours. You will receive the direct link by email.
