Professionals in France — Real estate agencies and agents compliant with the Hoguet law (n°70-9 of 2 January 1970); notaries and lawyers with a portfolio of luxury properties, authorized to act as agents in real estate transactions.

International professionals — Authorized by the competent authorities of their country to offer prestigious real estate.

Private owners — Publication possible subject to acceptance by the Site, provided that the quality and presentation criteria of the portal are met.

All photographs must accurately represent the property being presented. Blurry, inaccurate, or unrepresentative images will result in rejection for publication.

Default sorting — Listings are sorted by publication date by default, with the most recent appearing at the top. Any modification made by an advertiser to their listing from their own property management software (regardless of the software used) will automatically bump the modified listing to the top of the list the next time the gateway accesses their account — without any paid option.

Good to know — The more regularly you update your ads from your software, the more they automatically rise to the top of the list on the portal.

Specific search — Visitors refine their search by country, region, city, property type, price, or property ID. Results can be sorted by price, date, or featured status.
