The starting point

Being visible is not the same as being widely distributed

A property advertisement can be present on many media without necessarily reaching the buyers best suited to the property.

General real estate portal, platform reserved for prestige, French site, international audience, distribution between individuals or professional solution: each channel responds to a different logic.

A villa on the French Riviera, a Parisian apartment, a mountain chalet, a castle, a vineyard or a property located abroad do not automatically require the same distribution plan.

This page has therefore been designed as an entry point to our entire dossier. It does not designate a "winning" portal: it allows you to identify the right study for your situation.

A logic of complementarity

A property can circulate in multiple universes

It is not always necessary to choose only one type of portal. A strategy can gradually broaden the pool of potential buyers.

1

Main Market

To be present on the platforms naturally consulted by buyers in the sector and for the type of property concerned.

2

Prestigious environment

To place the property within a universe dedicated to characterful, high-end and prestigious properties.

3

International audience

Expand distribution when location, price or rarity may interest foreign buyers.

Effective marketing begins with a fundamental principle: understanding what makes a property desirable and who it appeals to. The same property can attract local, national, specialized, or international clients.

Six questions to evaluate a distribution medium

Audience figures are only part of the issue. To compare two media, we need to return to much more concrete questions.

1 Who actually uses this portal? General audience, real estate buyers, prestige clientele or international buyers.
2 Does the property correspond to its positioning? A villa, an apartment, a castle or an estate do not always benefit from the same environment.
3. What geographical area should be covered? Local market, whole of France, Europe or international exhibition.
4. How will the advertisement be presented? Photos, text, order of information, translation and editorial environment.
5 How will the distribution be administered? Manual submission, advertiser space, business software, CRM or multi-distribution gateway.
6 How to measure results? Views, requests, contact origin, visits, offers and transactions.

Some properties immediately appeal to an international clientele. In these markets, marketing must combine quality presentation, clear location information, and media capable of genuinely expanding the pool of buyers.

Methodology: This page intentionally does not compare specific rates, heterogeneous audiences, or portal ratings. These elements are constantly evolving and are not always measured using comparable methods. The landing page's purpose is to direct users to detailed analyses and structure the editorial dossier dedicated to real estate advertising.
