A link to your website
Are you selling a castle that hosts receptions, a property operated as a bed and breakfast, an estate with gîtes — and do you have a website for presentation or booking? Your advertisement can include a direct link to your website.
The benefit is twofold. For the buyer, it's the discovery of a thriving business: they can visualize the property's commercial potential, its setting, and its amenities. For you, it's additional visibility for the entire duration of the listing.
This option also applies to a website dedicated to your property: some owners create a presentation page for their property — your Charming Properties ad can link directly to it.
Two levels of visibility
Your dedicated page — for the entire duration of your package. Indexed and referenced on Google and Bing, it operates independently: a buyer searching for your type of property can find it directly, at any time, for 2, 4 or 6 months depending on your package.
The "Private Listings" section — guaranteed minimum 2 months. Accessible from the top menu of the website, this showcase presents your property to all visitors of Propriétés De Charme. Your listing will appear here for a minimum of 2 months, regardless of your chosen package — and the portal may, at its discretion, keep it there longer.
Direct contact with your buyers —
it's up to you.
Direct contact between you and the buyer is the essence of selling without an agency. Three levels of display are possible, regardless of your chosen package.
Your ad displays the phone number of your choice—personal, secondary, or work—and, if you wish, your email address. This format generates the most contacts: the buyer can reach you immediately, without any intermediaries.
Only your email address appears on the ad. Serious buyers will contact you directly; you can reply whenever you like, without being contacted by phone. If you don't have a phone, we strongly recommend at least using this option.
No contact details are displayed. Your listing links to the portal's contact form: all inquiries about your property are received by Propriétés De Charme and forwarded directly to your email address.
Your choice is final for the duration of the publication. It is indicated on the Collection Form before your ad is generated. Any subsequent modification to the display of your contact information constitutes an intervention on the ad, billed according to the modification conditions below.

You select the desired plan — 2, 4 or 6 months — and confirm by simple email. No contract to sign, no administrative formalities.
The portal will send you your invoice by email, including the bank details. Payment is by bank transfer only — no bank authorization or direct debit. Production begins upon receipt of payment.
Professional writing, SEO optimization, photos provided, careful layout — your ad is usually online within 24 to 72 hours. You will receive the direct link by email.

Publication is not automatic. The portal reviews the submitted information and only commits to publishing if it can produce a high-quality listing. This is a guarantee for you: Propriétés De Charme does not publish what it cannot do well.
Payment by bank transfer. No bank imprint, no direct debit. Production begins upon receipt of the transfer. The duration is calculated from the date the advertisement is activated.
The description is written only once, correctly, after market research. No rewriting is allowed after publication: any changes to the text would harm your page's Google ranking. This rule is applied without exception—in your best interest.
One price modification is included, free of charge, regardless of your package. Any other request after publication (photos, information, contact details, price modification beyond the one included): €59 including VAT per intervention — payment received before completion, processing time 5 to 7 working days.
At the end of the initial period, if your property is still unsold, you can extend your listing under the same conditions—same format, same duration—for 50% of the price. Your listing and its established Google ranking will be fully preserved. Your page has increased in value over time: keep it.
Propriétés De Charme will not charge you anything without your consent. As the renewal date approaches, the portal will notify you by email— you are free to decide whether or not to renew. If you do not renew, the listing will simply be removed at the end of the term.
