You transmit your elements
The portal sends you a detailed form to complete—technical information, desired price, and a free description. Then, send your photos and diagnostics in a single file via WeTransfer or SwissTransfer —free of charge and without registration.
(EPC) is mandatory for all properties located in France. Without a valid EPC, no advertisement can be published. No EPC, no advertisement.
You choose your package and confirm your order
You select the desired plan — 3, 6 or 12 months — and confirm by simple email. No contract to sign, no administrative formalities.
You receive your invoice and pay by bank transfer
The portal will send you your invoice by email, including the bank details. Payment is by bank transfer — no credit card imprint, no direct debit. Production begins as soon as the transfer is received.
The portal produces and publishes your advertisement online
Professional copywriting, SEO optimization, polished layout, and photo integration— your ad is usually online within 24 to 72 hours. You'll be notified by email as soon as it's live, with a direct link to your page.

Modifications
One price adjustment included for the entire duration. Fixed text after publication — to protect your Google ranking. Any other modification: €89 including VAT · payment received before work begins · processing time 5 to 7 business days.
No automatic renewal — ever
Propriétés De Charme will not charge you anything without your consent. At the end of the subscription period, you are free to renew or not—no special action required, no notice period imposed. If you do not renew, the portal will remove your listing at the end of the subscription period.
