All services are provided for a period of one year. There is no automatic renewal. Any continuation of the service requires prior consultation with customer service.
One simple modification per year is included—price change, contact correction, link update. Beyond that: €25 excluding VAT per simple modification. Any substantial modification is charged starting at €49 excluding VAT.
The portal reserves the right to remove any listing or page from a professional who no longer publishes properties or has left the EXPERTIMO network. No refunds will be issued in the event of departure or early sale of a property.
