The idea is simple: to allow agencies to more easily test the portal for their villas, character properties, prestigious apartments, luxury homes, and high-value listings, in a more accessible environment.

Until now, the marketing fee offered to members was €9 excluding VAT per listing per month. From April 1st, this fee will decrease to €5 excluding VAT per listing per month, representing a reduction of over 44%. This change stems from a proposal made by Propriétés De Charme to Agences de France, with the aim of making the portal easier to test within the framework of the new sales strategy being implemented.

This new pricing structure allows members to more easily discover a portal specializing in luxury, prestige, and distinctive properties, while maintaining the flexibility of their existing distribution ecosystem. It also paves the way for enhanced editorial promotion of properties, with the option, as needed, to supplement distribution with premium features on the portal.
