The "Featured" section of the portal
Your property will be featured for a minimum of two months in the "Featured" section, accessible from the website menu—the showcase presented to all portal visitors. The portal may, at its discretion, keep it there for a longer period. The showcase begins when each page is published online.

The front page — a standalone editorial page
Custom-built for your property, it is indexed by Google, Bing, and other search engines, and featured in the "Featured" section of the portal. It does not appear in the internal search engine of Propriétés De Charme —that is not its purpose.
The search engine — powered by gateways
Your properties are published in the portal's search engine directly from your business software—Apimo, Hektor, Adapt'Immo, Ubiflow, and other partner software—without any input from you. This ensures continuous exposure of your portfolio. The two systems complement each other.

The portal reviews submitted information and only commits if it can produce a high-quality page. Properties for sale: €600,000 minimum. A preliminary email exchange is sufficient—no contract to sign.

The page is written correctly, only once. No rewriting after publication: any modification to the text would harm its Google ranking. This rule is applied without exception—in your best interest.
One price adjustment is included during the publication period. Any other intervention (photos, information, contact details): €59 excluding VAT — payment due before completion, delivery time 5 to 7 working days.
At the end of your subscription, renew it under the same terms and conditions—same formula, same duration—for 50% of the price. Your page and its acquired Google ranking will be fully preserved.
As the renewal date approaches, the portal will send you a renewal offer by email— the decision is entirely up to you. If we don't receive a response from you, the page will simply be removed upon expiry.
