Propriétés De Charme is a real estate portal specializing in luxury and character properties, launched in 2021 and founded by Jérôme Drouet, a real estate professional for over 25 years.

We are looking for an independent business developer based in Paris or the Île-de-France region to expand our network of partners and clients in the area.

As a real estate business introducer in Paris, you will work with a variety of target clients:

  • Real estate agencies and agents in Paris wishing to publish their properties on a portal specializing in luxury real estate
  • Private owners wishing to sell their property without an agency, with targeted visibility to a qualified clientele
  • Owners of luxury seasonal rental properties — Haussmannian apartments, private mansions, prestigious residences in Île-de-France
  • Professionals and companies wishing to communicate with a high-end clientele via the portal — interior designers, decorators, wealth managers

A supplementary income, total freedom to organize

It is carried out alongside your activity as a sales agent or broker, according to your own organization, without imposed sales targets, without reporting, and without geographical exclusivity constraints.

The remuneration is 100% commission-based, paid upon receipt of customer payment.
