A prestigious real estate portal is seeking a partner on the French Riviera

Propriétés De Charme is a real estate portal specializing in luxury and character properties, launched in 2021 and founded by Jérôme Drouet, a real estate professional for over 25 years.

We are looking for an independent business developer based in Cannes, Antibes or the Alpes-Maritimes to expand our network of partners and clients in the region.

As a real estate business introducer on the French Riviera, you will work with a variety of target audiences:

  • Real estate agencies and agents in the Cannes-Antibes area wishing to publish their properties on a portal specializing in luxury real estate
  • Private owners wishing to sell their property without an agency, with targeted visibility to a qualified and international clientele
  • Owners of luxury villas and residences for seasonal rental — properties with swimming pool and sea view, villas in Cap d'Antibes, country houses in the hinterland
  • Professionals and companies wishing to communicate with a high-end clientele — luxury concierge services, architects, decorators, service providers for wealthy homeowners

A supplementary income, total freedom to organize

This mission does not require you to change everything. It is carried out in parallel with your activity as a representative or commercial agent on the French Riviera, according to your own organization, without imposed numerical targets, without reporting, without geographical exclusivity constraints.

You prospect whenever you want, at your own pace, leveraging your existing network in the Cannes-Antibes area. A few hours a week can be enough to generate a regular supplemental income.

You benefit from direct support from the portal's founder, as well as a portion of the incoming leads forwarded for qualification and conversion. You're not starting from scratch.

Depending on your profile and field contacts, some opportunities may generate remuneration of a completely different order — details will be presented to you during our interview.

The remuneration is 100% commission-based, paid upon receipt of customer payment.

You are an active real estate agent within a network, or a sales agent working for an independent agency or a national group, based in Cannes, Antibes or in the Alpes-Maritimes.

You have an RCS number — an essential condition for invoicing your business referral services within the current legal framework.
