Responsibilities:
As a luxury real estate negotiator, you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of high-end clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met in a professional and personalized manner.
The search and prospecting of luxury real estate corresponding to the criteria of our clients.
Conducting visits and presenting properties in an attractive and convincing manner.
Negotiating the terms and conditions of real estate transactions, acting in the best interests of our clients and maximizing results.
Coordination with the various stakeholders (buyers, sellers, lawyers, notaries, etc.) to ensure effective management of transactions until their finalization.
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, tracking trends, prices and market conditions.
Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote luxury properties and attract potential clients.
Qualifications and skills required:
Previous experience as a real estate negotiator, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends in the luxury sector.
Ability to work independently, while being an active and collaborative member of the team.
Mastery of IT tools and property management software.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
