Description
In the most prestigious district of Grasse, on the famous "billionaires' hill", this historic estate was built in the early 1950s by the architect Louis Süe for Helena Rubinstein, a global icon of beauty and emblematic personality of the 20th century.
This magnificent south-facing bastide was beautifully renovated by interior designer Bert Quadvlieg in 2002/2003, blending historical elegance with contemporary comfort. The estate also includes two guest houses, an artist's studio, a caretaker's cottage, and garages.
In the heart of a landscaped park of approximately 3.1 hectares designed by Jean Mus, the property offers an exceptional setting with its 450 olive trees, panoramic views inspired by Tuscany and absolute privacy.
Just 40 minutes from Nice and Cannes, this rare property embodies a unique lifestyle: a characterful residence steeped in history, the legacy of Helena Rubinstein, in an exceptional natural setting
