There are times when a team, a leader, or simply an individual needs to step outside their usual environment to look at their way of communicating, deciding, and acting in a different light.
It is in this spirit that Géraldine Vaillant is developing Équi-Sphère in Berny-Rivière, in the Aisne region. Her work combines support, mental preparation and, when it corresponds to the approach taken, interaction with the horse.
The natural setting and the presence of the animal create an experience far removed from traditional seminars. The horse is not interested in the title, the position, or the prepared speech: it reacts essentially to what it perceives in the moment.

The media outlet reported at the time that she had already conducted approximately 350 sessions with managers and employees.
In December 2025, Équi-Sphère once again hosted a professional team in Berny-Rivière for a day dedicated to cohesion and interaction.
