We are recruiting a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator for our independent real estate agency on the Côte de Nacre , a region prized by buyers of prestigious properties. As a luxury real estate professional, you will be responsible for prospecting, managing sales mandates, and client follow-up in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Your Mission
📌 Prospecting : You will be responsible for finding and acquiring sales mandates using your network and expertise. You will manage your business independently .
📌 Customer relationship management : Selection of prospects, organization of visits and follow-up after each meeting with the owners.
📌 Negotiation and finalization : You will be the point of contact for negotiating prices and terms of sale, thus guaranteeing a quality service.
📌 Support until signing : You assist your clients throughout the entire purchase process, from finding financing to signing the notarial deed.
Types of Assets to Target
You will be in charge of selling prestigious properties such as:
🏡 Luxury homes and contemporary villas
🏰 Castles and manor houses
🌿 Seaside properties , high-end apartments
These properties are located in prestigious towns such as Cabourg , Ouistreham , Hermanville-sur-Mer , and other iconic locations on the Côte de Nacre .
Required Skills
✔ Autonomy and independence : You work independently while benefiting from the agency's support.
✔ English proficiency preferred : An asset for interacting with international clients.
✔ Excellent sales skills : Ability to negotiate, understand client needs, and close sales.
✔ Customer service orientation and discretion : You listen to clients and provide a high level of personalized service.
Remuneration
💰 Attractive commissions : You receive 30% of the commission for the entry of the mandate and 30% for the sale , i.e. a total of 60% excluding VAT of the agency commission excluding VAT , with the possibility of increasing to 70% depending on your results .
