We are recruiting a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator to join our independent real estate agency , specializing in the sale of prestigious properties . The position is based in Reims , in the heart of the Champagne-Ardenne , a popular destination for buyers seeking exceptional properties.
Your Mission
As a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator , you will be responsible for:
📌 Prospecting : You manage the search for new sales mandates for prestigious properties in Reims and its surroundings.
📌 Prospect selection : You qualify buyers by understanding their specific needs and supporting them throughout the buying process.
📌 Organizing visits : You plan and accompany clients during property visits, ensuring a high-end service.
📌 Negotiation : You negotiate the terms of sale between sellers and buyers to obtain the best conditions for your clients.
📌 Administrative procedures : You support your clients in their banking procedures, up to the signing of the authentic deed .
Types of Assets to Target
You will be responsible for selling prestigious properties including:
🏰 Castles and manor houses
🏡 Luxury villas and character homes
🌟 High-end apartments
The properties are located in Reims , the capital of champagne, and in the surrounding towns, places sought after by buyers of exceptional properties.
Required Skills
✔ Autonomy : You have the ability to manage your business independently, with excellent organizational skills.
✔ English : A good command of English is an asset for negotiating with international clients.
✔ Sales skills : You are experienced in negotiation and client relationship management.
✔ Customer service orientation : You are able to provide personalized, high-quality service, typical of luxury real estate.
Remuneration
💰 Attractive commissions : You benefit from 30% on new listings and 30% on the sale of listings, for a total of 60% (excluding VAT) of the agency commission . Depending on your performance, you can reach 70% .
