A real estate agency specializing in the sale of luxury properties is seeking Luxury Real Estate Negotiators/Consultants (M/F) for

  • Paris city center , Lille and its surrounding area , Bordeaux city center , and the La Rochelle area
  • Other regions studied, with the exception of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur

Required profile :

  • Status: Independent Sales Agent
  • Commission rebate: To be negotiated

The luxury real estate consultant/negotiator position offers significant autonomy, allowing professionals to freely exercise their expertise. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to manage their own portfolio of properties, select the properties they wish to promote, and develop their own sales strategies. This autonomy is complemented by the flexibility to organize their schedule according to their priorities and clients' needs. Working closely with the agency, each consultant will be encouraged to innovate and propose tailored solutions, while benefiting from a supportive environment and resources to maximize their success. This freedom of action is essential for building genuine client relationships and achieving ambitious goals in a demanding market.

  • Experience required:
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate negotiation
    • 6 to 12 months of experience in the luxury real estate sector
  • Excellent skills in negotiation , customer relations , and managing complex transactions
  • Ability to manage high-net-worth clients and understand their specific expectations
  • An existing network in the luxury real estate sector would be a plus

Detailed missions:

1. Assisting clients in the acquisition of prestigious properties

You will support a high-end clientele throughout the entire process of buying or selling luxury properties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify the specific needs of each client, whether for primary residences, secondary residences, or high-end investments
  • Offer properties that match your clients' criteria and lifestyle
  • Organize and coordinate private viewings of selected properties, often outside of conventional hours to respect confidentiality and the requirements of buyers

2. Negotiation and conclusion of transactions

You will be responsible for:

  • Negotiating offers and counter-offers while ensuring smooth communication between both parties (seller/buyer) to guarantee seamless transactions
  • Maximizing the profitability of each sale while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction is essential in luxury real estate
  • Supervise and coordinate administrative and legal procedures in collaboration with notaries, lawyers, or other experts

3. Property valuation and appraisal

Your role will include evaluating properties for sale, taking into account the following elements:

  • To make fair and realistic estimates, based on a thorough analysis of the high-end real estate market
  • Highlighting the unique strengths of each property (location, architecture, luxury amenities) in order to maximize its selling price
  • Advising owners on strategies to improve the presentation of their properties, including the use of professional photography , virtual tours , and home staging .

4. Customer relationship management and portfolio development

You will need to:

  • Maintaining close relationships with buyer and seller clients to ensure their satisfaction at every stage of the process
  • Develop and enrich a portfolio of prestigious properties and wealthy clients through a network of contacts
