Job Description:
- Status: Self-employed (Create your own micro-enterprise)
- Contract type: Full-time or part-time, remote work from home.
- Location: Remote work
- Compensation: Based on a percentage of the revenue generated.
Responsibilities:
As an Independent Sales Representative for Charming Properties, you will be responsible for:
- Professional Prospecting: Identify and contact luxury real estate agencies with a portfolio of charming and luxury properties to propose the publication of advertisements on our portal.
- Creating Advertiser Accounts: Make sure to create advertiser accounts on our portal for agencies that wish to collaborate with us.
- Advertiser Directory Presentation Page: Contribute to the creation and management of advertiser presentation pages on our portal.
- Administrative Management: Take charge of the administrative management of accounts, including invoicing and communication with agencies.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of the real estate sector, particularly luxury real estate agencies.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Specific knowledge of WordPress is an asset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Autonomy, organizational skills and time management skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
- Full-time or part-time availability, depending on your preference.
