Main tasks:
Prospect and develop a portfolio of high-end clients.
Establish trusting relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Present luxury real estate in a professional and persuasive manner.
Negotiate real estate transactions and facilitate the closing of sales.
Ensure rigorous follow-up of files and administrative procedures until the closing of transactions.
Collaborate closely with other team members to achieve collective objectives.
Desired profile:
Proven experience in real estate negotiation, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients.
In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, trends, and characteristics of high-end properties.
