Our luxury real estate agency, based in Paris, is seeking a passionate and experienced Agency Director to join our dynamic team. As Agency Director, you will play a key role in the management and development of our prestigious agency, while providing first-class service to our high-end clientele.
Main tasks:
Agency Management: You will be responsible for the overall management of the luxury real estate agency, ensuring that all operations run efficiently. You will oversee daily activities, including team coordination, resource management, and the optimization of internal processes.
Business Development: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and attracting new potential clients. Your expertise in luxury real estate sales will enable you to negotiate and close successful transactions, while generating continuous growth for the agency.
Team Management: You will lead a team of luxury real estate professionals, motivating and coaching them to achieve their goals. You will ensure that all team members are trained and supported in their professional development, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Customer Service Excellence: You will ensure exceptional customer service for our high-end clientele. You will address their needs, advising and guiding them throughout the process of buying, selling, or renting luxury properties. Your in-depth knowledge of the Paris real estate market and your strong customer service skills will contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required profile :
Proven experience in luxury real estate, with in-depth knowledge of the Paris property market.
Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing luxury real estate transactions.
Strong customer service orientation and commitment to excellence.
Proficiency in computer tools and real estate software.
