Our luxury real estate agency, based in Paris, is looking for a passionate and experienced Agency Director to join our dynamic team. As Agency Director, you will play a key role in the management and development of our prestigious agency, while providing first-class service to our high-end clients.
Main missions :
Agency Management: You will be responsible for the overall management of the luxury real estate agency, ensuring that all operations run efficiently. You will oversee daily activities, including team coordination, resource management and internal process optimization.
Business Development: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and attracting potential new clients. Your expertise in luxury real estate sales will allow you to negotiate and close successful transactions, while generating continued growth for the agency.
Team Management: You will lead a team of luxury real estate professionals, motivating and coaching them to achieve their goals. You will ensure that all team members are trained and supported in their professional development, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Customer Service Excellence: You will ensure that you provide exceptional customer service to our high-end clientele. You will respond to clients' needs, advising and guiding them throughout the process of buying, selling or renting luxury real estate. Your in-depth knowledge of the Paris real estate market and your keen sense of customer relations will contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required profile :
Proven experience in luxury real estate, with in-depth knowledge of the Paris real estate market.
Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close luxury real estate transactions.
Strong sense of customer service and commitment to excellence.
Mastery of IT tools and real estate software.
