1. Advertiser listing: who can publish?

The publication on Propriétés De Charme is reserved for players in the luxury real estate sector, both in France and internationally.

A. Professionals in France

  • Real estate agencies and agents compliant with the Hoguet law (n°70-9 of January 2, 1970)
  • Notaries and lawyers with a portfolio of luxury properties and authorized to act as agents in real estate transactions

B. International Professionals

Foreign professionals must be authorized by the competent authorities of their country to offer luxury real estate.

C. Private owners

Exceptionally, some owners may publish their properties, provided they meet our quality and presentation criteria.
