The “Bastide Neuve” is a former Templar Commandery, enlarged in the 18th century. The date 1767 engraved on the keystone of the entrance door confirms this. The sundial that adorns the main facade is original.

The property was completely renovated by an architect in 2000.

Part of the inner courtyard is under a canopy, and separates the space from the swimming pool, which measures 13.50m long by 5.50m wide and is surrounded by its stone beach.

The courtyard is planted with very fertile fig trees, boxwood and rose bushes, shaded by a linden tree and a catalpa, the whole being equipped with automatic watering.

The main facade and pool area are equipped with recessed lighting that creates a beautiful effect at night.
The pool area, surrounded by the house's perimeter wall and pierced with openings adorned with antique wrought iron, includes a pool house, secured by wrought iron railings and an electric cover.

Finally, two wooden cabins on stilts complete this complex: linked by a walkway, they provide four beds, two showers and their eco-toilets.
