Complete land titles and licenses (including the “DUAT” issued in 2004). In Mozambique, the state owns ALL land; a Land Allocation and Use Title (DUAT), when applicable, or a special license, is generally granted for a period of 50 years and renewable for 50 years in the 49th year (thus becoming a lease of 99 years old).
