The winery also benefits from quality facilities, divided into several buildings each with their own vocation, totaling more than 2,000 m² of buildings dedicated to winemaking and aging.

A beautiful adjoining Périgourdine farmhouse of 200m² adds a touch of charm and authenticity to this exceptional real estate complex. It should be noted that the location of the vineyard and its accessibility are particularly favorable to the development of sales and the creation of new income thanks to wine tourism. The main house is a traditional Perigord-style house, built in stone with a recent flat tile roof.

It is accessed on the ground floor, the whole requiring an upgrade to modern comfort standards.
The distribution includes a ceiling height of 3.15 meters:

Opposite, a building is dedicated to labeling the château's bottles. The floor is concrete, the joinery is single glazed and the roof is tiled, with a reserve for storage at the rear.

The last stone building, located to the right of the house in the main courtyard, houses the offices, the boiler room, a bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as at the end of the building, storage spaces and a workshop. An industrial-type hangar and a lean-to are used to store equipment, located about a hundred meters up the property.

A set of stone buildings, intended for storage and housing of seasonal staff, includes:
– Building No. 1: composed of two hangars and a lean-to for storing machinery.
– Building No. 2 in stone to renovate, composed of eight rooms that can accommodate seasonal staff during the harvest.

The vineyard is divided as follows:
– 45 hectares intended for the production of the Monbazillac appellation.
-22.5 hectares for the production of Bergerac red.
– 10.5 hectares for Bergerac Blanc, i.e. production of white wines on more than 55 hectares.
The terroir offers a significant density of clay-limestone and a varied grape variety suitable for the production of quality wines, such as Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
The cultivation of the vineyard is HVE certified, demonstrating the owners' commitment to sustainable viticulture. The vineyard is maintained and monitored by a team of five experienced permanent employees.

For the commercial part, the vineyard produces and vinifies all of its harvested volumes, the sale being carried out through several channels, in particular the sale at the château, a network of resellers and merchants.
