VILLA S: This concept, in Phase 1, is designed for the 31 south-facing lots. This orientation offers the best views of the sea and the Le Morne peninsula, as well as softer sunlight. Bathed in the southeast trade winds, this concept has been conceived to appeal to those who fully appreciate nature in its wildest form.
The layout of these villas includes vertical movable screens on the south facade to block the prevailing winds, as well as a more spacious interior patio, offering the possibility of adding a swimming pool.
