The guest house is located 20 km from Ouarzazate, towards Skoura, on the shores of Lake El Mansour with panoramic views and direct access.

Land of approximately 3500 m2 and building of 1600 m2 of living space

A 50 m² suite comprising a living room with fireplace and TV, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a tadelakt bathroom, and a private terrace (with sun loungers, parasol, table, and chairs).
Twelve en-suite rooms, approximately 30 to 35 m², are available, air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter, each with an interior Moroccan-style lounge and a private terrace furnished with a zellige table and chairs.
These include: Double rooms (1.60m x 2.00m bed), Twin rooms (1.00m x 2.00m bed), Triple rooms, and one Quadruple family room (one double bed and two twin beds). Total accommodation capacity: 30 people. Each bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, hairdryer, and ventilation system.

Guests can also enjoy dining in an air-conditioned Berber tent, a lounge/library with fireplace and air conditioning (or heating in winter), an air-conditioned TV room, and the infinity pool on Lake El Mansour measuring 15m x 7m + a small pool for children.
