Eligibility Criteria for Listing on Charming Properties

Propriétés De Charme is an exclusive platform dedicated to luxury and character properties. Only listings that meet our criteria of excellence are accepted for publication.

Minimum price of properties: €600,000

Only properties valued at €600,000 are eligible for publication, thus guaranteeing an exceptional level of quality in keeping with the spirit of our platform.

Items not accepted

The following types of properties and listings are not accepted on the portal:

  • Off-plan sales (VEFA - Vente en l'état futur d'achèvement) — Propriétés De Charme is a portal dedicated to properties with character and authenticity. Off-plan properties and new real estate developments do not, in principle, align with the portal's editorial focus and may be refused publication.
  • Computer-generated images — Only authentic photos are accepted. Computer-generated images are rejected.
  • Off-market listings without photos — Every item must be accompanied by realistic and high-quality photos.
  • Inappropriate photos — The main image must reflect the elegance and uniqueness of the property.

Photo quality requirements

We require high-quality photos that accurately represent the property. Photos that do not meet the portal's standards may result in the photo being refused publication or a request for replacement before it is published online.

Types of advertisers accepted

  • Professionals in France — real estate agencies, agents, notaries and lawyers specializing in luxury.
  • Professionals abroad — advertisers authorized to offer luxury goods in their country of origin.
  • Private owners — listings from private individuals may be accepted after evaluation of the property by our team.
