We are recruiting a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator for our independent real estate agency in Côte de Nacre , a region popular with buyers of prestigious properties. As a luxury real estate professional, you will be in charge of prospecting, managing sales mandates, and monitoring clients in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Your Mission
📌 Prospecting : You will be in charge of finding and acquiring sales mandates using your network and your expertise. You manage your affairs in complete autonomy .
📌 Customer relationship management : Selection of prospects, organization of visits and follow-up after each meeting with the owners.
📌 Negotiation and finalization : You will be the point of contact for negotiating prices and conditions of sale, thus guaranteeing quality service.
📌 Support until signature : You assist your customers throughout the purchasing process, from finding financing to signing the notarial deed.
Types of Assets to Target
You will be in charge of the sale of prestigious properties such as:
🏡 Luxury houses and contemporary villas
🏰 Châteaux and mansions
🌿 Seaside properties , high-end apartments
These properties are located in prestigious towns such as Cabourg , Ouistreham , Hermanville-sur-Mer , and other emblematic places of the Côte de Nacre .
Required Skills
✔ Autonomy and independence : You work independently, while benefiting from the support of the agency.
✔ English appreciated : An asset for interacting with international clients.
✔ Excellent sales skills : Ability to negotiate, understand customer needs and close sales.
✔ Sense of service and discretion : You listen to customers and offer a high level of personalized service.
Remuneration
💰 Attractive commissions : You receive 30% of the commission for the start of the mandate and 30% for the sale , i.e. a total of 60% excluding tax of the agency commission excluding tax , with the possibility of increasing to 70% depending on your results .
