We are looking for a talented and passionate luxury real estate negotiator to join our renowned real estate agency specializing in luxury real estate. If you are motivated, dynamic and have in-depth knowledge of the high-end real estate market, this opportunity is for you.
Main missions :
Prospect and develop a portfolio of high-end clients
Establish relationships of trust with clients to understand their needs and expectations
Present luxury real estate in a professional and convincing manner
Negotiate real estate transactions and facilitate the conclusion of sales
Ensure rigorous follow-up files and administrative procedures until the closing of transactions
Collaborate closely with other members of the team to achieve collective objectives
Required profile :
Proven experience in real estate negotiation, preferably in the luxury real estate sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients
In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, trends and characteristics of high-end properties
Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques
Organizational skills, rigor and ability to manage several files simultaneously
Mastery of IT tools and property management software
