They can also opt for rental management, through the hotel's reservation service. Charges for concierge services will be deducted from the rental amount or invoiced to the owner if applicable. The rental option allows residents to have access to the 'Maritim Resort & Spa' hotel, including optional services, such as spa treatment sessions, horseback riding or a round of golf of 9 holes (Par 29) subject to prior reservation, service fees and conditions in force.
