Eligibility criteria to publish announcements on charming properties

Charming properties is an exclusive platform dedicated to luxury real estate. We invite you to publish only announcements for exceptional goods. Here are our selection criteria:

Minimum goods price: € 600,000

Only the properties of a value equal to or greater than € 600,000 are eligible, thus guaranteeing an exceptional level of quality corresponding to the spirit of our platform.

Notes not accepted

We do not accept the following types of goods:

• VEFA (sale in the future state of completion) : only existing properties can be published.

• Synthetic photos : we only accept authentic photos, no visuals generated by computer.

• Off-Market (without photo) : Each property must be accompanied by realistic and quality photos.

• Inappropriate photos : the main image must reflect the elegance and singularity of the property.

Requirement on the quality of the photos

We require high quality photos, faithfully representing the property. Non -compliant photos can cause publication refusal.

Types of advertisers accepted

• Professionals in France : real estate agencies, agents, notaries, and lawyers specializing in luxury.

• Professionals abroad : advertisers authorized to offer luxury goods in their country of origin.

• Particular owners : exceptionally, announcements of individuals can be accepted after assessing the property.
