Minimum Price of Properties: €600,000

Only properties valued at €600,000 or more are eligible, thus guaranteeing an exceptional level of quality in keeping with the spirit of our platform.

Unaccepted Goods

We do not accept the following types of goods:

• VEFA (Sale in a future state of completion) : Only existing properties can be published.
• Computer-generated images : We only accept authentic photos, no computer-generated visuals.
• Off-market (without photo) : Each item must be accompanied by realistic and high-quality photos.
• Inappropriate photos : The main image must reflect the elegance and uniqueness of the property.

We require high-quality photos that accurately represent the property. Photos that do not meet these standards may be refused publication.

• Professionals in France : Real estate agencies, agents, notaries, and lawyers specializing in luxury.
• Professionals abroad : Advertisers authorized to offer luxury goods in their country of origin.
• Private Owners : Exceptionally, advertisements from private individuals may be accepted after evaluation of the property.
