We are recruiting a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator to join our independent real estate agency , specializing in the sale of prestigious properties . The position is based in Reims , in the heart of the Champagne-Ardenne , a popular destination for buyers looking for exceptional properties.
Your Mission
As a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator , you will be responsible for:
📌 Prospecting : You manage the search for new sales mandates for prestigious properties in Reims and its surroundings.
📌 Prospect selection : You qualify buyers, understanding their specific needs and supporting them throughout the purchasing process.
📌 Organization of visits : You plan and accompany clients during property visits, ensuring high-end service.
📌 Negotiation : You negotiate the conditions of sale between sellers and buyers to obtain the best conditions for your customers.
📌 Administrative procedures : You support your customers in their banking procedures, until the signing of the authentic deed .
Types of Assets to Target
You will be responsible for the sale of prestigious properties including:
🏰 Châteaux and manors
🏡 Luxury villas and houses of character
🌟 High-end apartments
The properties are located in Reims , the capital of champagne, and in neighboring towns, places sought after by buyers of exceptional properties.
Required Skills
✔ Autonomy : You have the ability to manage your affairs independently, with great organization.
✔ English : Good command of English is an asset when negotiating with international clients.
✔ Commercial skills : You are experienced in negotiation and customer relationship management.
✔ Sense of service : You are capable of providing personalized and quality service, specific to luxury real estate.
Remuneration
💰 Attractive commissions : You benefit from 30% on the re-entry of the mandate and 30% on the sale of mandates, i.e. a total of 60% excluding tax of the agency commission excluding tax . Depending on your performance, you can reach 70% .
