We are looking for a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator to join our agency , specializing in the sale of luxury properties . This position is located in the Côte Fleurie , a region prized by buyers of prestigious properties, offering an exceptional quality of life.
Your Mission
As a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator , you will be responsible for:
📌 Prospecting : You manage the search and acquisition of new sales mandates for prestigious properties. You bring your own business to the agency .
📌 Prospect selection : You qualify potential buyers, identify their needs and support them throughout the purchasing process.
📌 Organizing visits : You plan and accompany clients during property visits, ensuring that you offer a personalized and high-quality service.
📌 Negotiation : You manage the negotiation between sellers and buyers in order to reach agreements favorable to both parties.
📌 Administrative procedures : You guide your clients through banking procedures, and you accompany the sellers until the signing of the authentic deed .
Types of Assets to Target
You will be in charge of selling prestigious properties , including:
🏡 Character houses and luxury villas
🏰 Castles , manor houses and prestigious properties
🌟 Luxury apartments and penthouses
🌿 Contemporary houses and character buildings
These properties are located in sought-after locations such as Deauville , Trouville-sur-Mer , Honfleur , Cabourg , and other iconic towns of the Côte Fleurie .
Required Skills
✔ Autonomy : You manage your own affairs and have a great capacity to work independently.
✔ English language : A good level of English is a plus, especially for dealing with international clients.
✔ Sense of service : Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and discretion are essential to succeed in luxury real estate.
✔ Sales skills : You are proficient in negotiation techniques and customer relationship management.
Remuneration
💰 Attractive commissions : You benefit from 30% for securing a new listing and 30% for selling a listing , for a total of 60% (excluding VAT) of the agency commission . You can reach 70% depending on your performance .
