We are looking for a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator to join our independent real estate agency , specializing in the sale of luxury properties . This position is located in Côte Fleurie , a region popular with buyers of prestigious properties, offering an exceptional living environment.
Your Mission
As a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator , you will be responsible for:
📌 Prospecting : You manage the search and acquisition of new sales mandates for prestigious properties. You bring your own belongings to the agency .
📌 Prospect selection : You qualify potential buyers, identify their needs and support them throughout the purchasing process.
📌 Organization of visits : You plan and accompany clients during property visits, ensuring you offer a personalized and high-quality service.
📌 Negotiation : You manage the negotiation between sellers and buyers in order to reach agreements favorable to both parties.
📌 Administrative procedures : You guide your customers through the banking procedures, and you support the sellers until the signing of the authentic deed .
Types of Assets to Target
You will be in charge of the sale of prestigious properties , including:
🏡 Houses of character and luxury villas
🏰 Châteaux , manors and prestigious properties
🌟 Luxury apartments and penthouses
🌿 Contemporary houses and buildings of character
These properties are located in popular localities such as Deauville , Trouville-sur-Mer , Honfleur , Cabourg , and other emblematic towns of the Côte Fleurie .
Required Skills
✔ Autonomy : You manage your own affairs and have a great ability to work independently.
✔ English language : A good level of English is a plus, especially when dealing with international clients.
✔ Sense of service : Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and discretion are essential to succeed in luxury real estate.
✔ Commercial skills : You master negotiation techniques and customer relationship management.
Remuneration
💰 Attractive commissions : You benefit from 30% for the re-entry of the mandate and 30% on the sale of the mandate , i.e. a total of 60% excluding tax of the agency commission excluding tax . You can reach 70% depending on your results .
