We are recruiting a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator to join our agency , specializing in the sale of prestigious properties . This position is located in the beautiful Oise , encompassing the areas of Senlis , Chantilly , Lamorlaye , and Compiègne – iconic locations offering an exceptional quality of life and highly sought after by buyers of luxury properties.
Your Mission
As a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator , you will be responsible for:
📌 Prospecting : You manage the search and acquisition of new sales mandates for prestigious properties in the Oise region, bringing your business to the agency .
📌 Prospect selection : You qualify potential buyers, identify their specific needs and support them throughout the purchasing process.
📌 Organizing visits : You plan and accompany clients during property visits, ensuring that you offer a personalized and high-quality service.
📌 Negotiation : You manage the negotiation between sellers and buyers to obtain favorable results.
📌 Administrative procedures : You guide your clients through banking procedures, and you accompany them until the signing of the authentic deed .
Types of Assets to Target
You will be in charge of selling prestigious properties , including:
🏡 Castles , manor houses , and character properties
🌿 Luxury villas and contemporary houses
🌟 High-end apartments
These properties are located in sought-after locations in the Oise region such as Senlis , Chantilly , Lamorlaye , Compiègne , and their surroundings, destinations highly sought after by buyers of exceptional properties.
Required Skills
✔ Autonomy : You manage your business and schedule independently, with the possibility of working completely autonomously.
✔ English : A good level of English is a plus for communicating with international clients.
✔ Sales skills : You are proficient in negotiation techniques and client relationship management.
✔ Customer service orientation : Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to adapt to client needs are essential assets.
Remuneration
💰 Attractive commissions : You benefit from 30% on new listings and 30% on the sale of listings, for a total of 60% (excluding VAT) of the agency commission . You can reach 70% depending on your performance .
