We are recruiting a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator to join our independent real estate agency , specializing in the sale of prestigious properties . This position is located in the magnificent Oise , including the areas of Senlis , Chantilly , Lamorlaye , and Compiègne , emblematic places offering an exceptional living environment sought after by buyers of exceptional properties.
Your Mission
As a Luxury Real Estate Negotiator , you will be responsible for:
📌 Prospecting : You manage the search and acquisition of new sales mandates for prestigious properties in the Oise, by bringing your business to the agency .
📌 Prospect selection : You qualify potential buyers, identify their specific needs and support them throughout the purchasing process.
📌 Organization of visits : You plan and accompany clients during property visits, ensuring you offer a personalized and high-quality service.
📌 Negotiation : You manage the negotiation between sellers and buyers to obtain favorable results.
📌 Administrative procedures : You guide your customers through the banking procedures, and you support them until the signing of the authentic deed .
Types of Assets to Target
You will be in charge of the sale of prestigious properties , including:
🏡 Châteaux , manors , and character properties
🌿 Luxury villas and contemporary houses
🌟 High-end apartments
These properties are located in popular locations in the Oise such as Senlis , Chantilly , Lamorlaye , Compiègne , and their surroundings, highly sought-after destinations by buyers of exceptional properties.
Required Skills
✔ Autonomy : You manage your affairs and your schedule independently, with the possibility of working in complete autonomy.
✔ English : A good level of English is a plus for interacting with international clients.
✔ Commercial skills : You master negotiation techniques and customer relationship management.
✔ Sense of service : Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to adapt to customer needs are essential assets.
Remuneration
💰 Attractive commissions : You benefit from 30% on the re-entry of the mandate and 30% on the sale of mandates, i.e. a total of 60% excluding tax of the agency commission excluding tax . You can reach 70% depending on your results .
