🔑 Your responsibilities:
- Prospecting : You are in charge of prospecting to find new sales mandates, mainly from your own network.
- Prospect selection : Identify and qualify potential buyers based on their needs.
- Organizing visits : You plan and conduct visits to luxury properties.
- Negotiation : You lead the negotiations and support your clients throughout the entire purchasing process.
- Comprehensive support : You follow your clients until the signing of the notarial deed.

- Software : Use of Apimo for asset and mandate management, YouSign for electronic signatures.
- Advertising : Listing properties on major luxury real estate portals.

💼 Required profile :
- Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate negotiator or in a network of agents.
- Skills : Excellent ability to negotiate, manage time autonomously and work independently.

📈 Remuneration:
