The position of consultant negotiator in luxury real estate offers great autonomy, allowing professionals to exercise their expertise in complete freedom. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to manage their own property portfolio, choose which properties they wish to promote and develop their own sales strategies. This autonomy comes with the flexibility necessary to organize their schedule according to their priorities and the needs of their clients. - Experience required:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate negotiation
- 6 to 12 months of experience in the luxury real estate sector
- Excellent skills in negotiation , customer relations , and management of complex transactions
- Ability to manage high net worth clients and understand their specific expectations
- A network already established in the field of prestigious real estate would be a plus
Detailed missions:
1. Supporting clients in the acquisition of prestigious properties
You will support high-end clients throughout the process of buying or selling luxury properties. Your missions will include:
- Identify the specific needs of each client, whether primary residences, secondary residences, or high-end investments
- Offer properties corresponding to the criteria and lifestyle of your customers
- Organize and coordinate private viewings of selected properties, often outside conventional hours to respect confidentiality and buyer requirements
2. Negotiation and conclusion of transactions
You will be responsible for:
- Negotiate offers and counter-offers while ensuring fluid communication between both parties (seller/buyer) to ensure smooth transactions
- Maximize the profitability of each sale by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, essential in luxury real estate
- Supervise and coordinate administrative and legal procedures in collaboration with notaries, lawyers or other experts
3. Estimation and valuation of properties
Your role will include the valuation of properties for sale, taking into account the following:
- Make fair and realistic estimates, based on careful analysis of the high-end real estate market
- Highlight the unique assets of each property (location, architecture, luxurious amenities) in order to maximize the sale price
- Advise owners on strategies to improve the presentation of their properties, including the use of professional photography , virtual tours , and home staging .
4. Customer relationship management and portfolio development
You will need to:
- Maintain close relationships with buyer and seller clients to ensure their satisfaction every step of the way
- Develop and enrich a portfolio of prestigious properties and wealthy clients through a network of contacts
