Responsibilities:
As a luxury real estate negotiator, you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of high-end clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met professionally and personally.
Researching and sourcing luxury properties that match our clients' criteria.
Conducting viewings and presenting properties in an attractive and persuasive manner.
Negotiating the terms and conditions of real estate transactions, acting in our clients' best interests and maximizing results.
Coordinating with various stakeholders (buyers, sellers, lawyers, notaries, etc.) to ensure efficient transaction management through to completion.
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, monitoring trends, prices, and market conditions.
Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote luxury properties and attract potential clients.
Qualifications and skills required:
Prior experience as a real estate negotiator, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends in the luxury sector.
Ability to work independently while also being an active and collaborative team member.
Proficiency in computer tools and property management software.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
